Chief Executive Officer

Nwankwo Maxwell Chinenye is a compassionate humanitarian leader and committed advocate for community development. As Chief Executive Officer of Groundwork Empowerment Initiative NGO, he provides strategic direction and leadership for the organisation's mission to restore hope, uplift vulnerable communities, and create opportunities for those in need.

His passion for service is reflected in the organisation's work across grassroots communities, where practical support, empowerment, and dignity remain at the centre of every initiative.
